After a formal introduction to The Princess’ mother, Naoko-San, we drag our luggage to the back room where we will be staying. Here we find an altar honoring the ancestors of the Yamada Family tucked within a recess in the wall.

Back to the magical streets of Kyoto, we pass along the beautiful Kamogawa River, and are greeted along the way by statues dedicated to authors, actors, and artists of antiquity.

Downtown in Kyoto, we made out via train for Jazzmass K’s Case, the jazz bar in which Miako-San was awaiting us. Within the train station contended depictions of ancient monuments, and pillars plastered in modern anime
Inari Okami
Day two in Kyoto, and another full plate. One shrine, one temple, lunch with Miako-San, and then a trip to Osaka Castle for a 3D Projection light show in the evening.
